1993 – 1994
C.C ROSALEDA EN MÁLAGA - 45.678 m² GLA y 122 premises promoted by CENTROS SHOPPING, S.A. -. Rosaleda is followed by PARQUE ALCORCÓN, in Madrid. A promotion by RED DE ÁREAS PARQUES, SA ALCAMPO with 55.000 m² GLA and 44 premises.
1995 – 1997
PORTO PI CENTRO in Palma de Mallorca Shopping Center and LARIOS CENTRO in Málaga. Two delegated promotions from VALLEAGORA for Vallehermoso. Porto Pi had 40.000 m² GLA and 110 premises while Larios 45.000 m² GLA and 120 premises.
1997- 2000
We collaborate with the delegated promotion of SOCIEDAD DE CENTROS COMERCIALES DE ESPAÑA (S.C.C.E), Association of Shopping Centers in Spain) in the projects PARQUE SUR in Leganés - RODAMCO Promotion with 190.000 m² GLA and 220 premises - and NERVIÓN PLAZA in Seville - Promotion F.C.C INMOBILIARIA with 60.000 m² GLA and 70 premises.
2000 – 2004
In Gijón, Asturias, we lead the ECOP of C.C. LOS FRESNOS - Promotion TESTA INMUEBLES EN RENTA SA . We did the ECOP of C.C. EL INGENIO in Vélez-Málaga - Delegated Promotion of VALLEÁGORA for SOCIEDAD AZUCARERA LARIOS with 35.000 m² and 92 premises - and LAKUA CENTRO in Álava - Promotion of TESTA INMUEBLES EN RENTA with 14.000 m² GLA and 50 premises- . In July 2004, the SHOPPING & LEISURE CENTER PARQUE MIRAMAR was opened, promoted by MIRAMAR with 65.000 m² GLA and 140 premises. Alongside the promoter EROSMER IBÉRICA, we lead the ECOP of LA VERÓNICA in Antequera - 32.000 m² GLA and 64 premises.
2005 – 2010
We lead the ECOP teams in Alcor Plaza, Alcorcón - 9.000 m² GLA and 42 premises promoted by AHORRO FAMILIAR SA, where we also carried out the extension under the name FACTOR X and with the Investment Fund EXMOOR as a promoter. We also carried out the PORTO PI CENTRO EXTENSION in Palma de Mallorca for TESTA INMUEBLES EN RENTA with a new 7.500 m² GLA and 20 premises. In Albacete, commissioned by PROCOM DESARROLLOS URBANOS, we carried out the CENTRO DE OCIO Y COMERCIO IMAGINALIA - 45.000 m² GLA and 78 premises. We were in charge of the ECOP for AUTOPLAZA in Zaragoza - AUTOCITY ESPACIOS COMERCIALES; 17,000 m² and 51 premises - exclusively dedicated to the automotive sector.
2007
In 2007 EROSMER IBÉRICA, Grupo Eroski, hired our services for the ECOP of PORTAL DE LA MARINA in Ondara - 40.000 m² GLA and 139 premises - followed by the ALMENARA PARK SHOPPING & LEISURE CENTER in Lorca - 46.440 m² GLA and 145 premises.
We are still working for the public sector with the ECOP for THE COMERCIAL CENTERS ASSOCIATED WITH THE MONCLOA AND PLAZA ELÍPTICA INTERMODAL TRANSFER FACILITIES in Madrid - 3.800 m² and 2.500 m² with 31 and 25 premises promoted by MADRID REGIONAL TRANSPORT CONSORTIUM. In León, we developed the project LEÓN PLAZA - GRUPO NORTE- MARTINSA promotion with 15,500 m² and 80 premises - and in Málaga NEXT SHOPPING Cerrado de Calderón - promoted by AGENUR with 8.500 m² and 15 premises.
2011-2019
We were committed to the ECOP for the REMARKETING in Town Center Management where we were already leaders and searched for innovative alternatives such as the one we have named ECOP for Street Premises or the refurbishment / renovations of Shopping Centers.
Twenty-five years are a good amount of years meeting and dealing with operators and contractors. Therefore, we are proud of the deep insight achieved and of having worked with the technical departments of practically all Spanish and international companies established in the country. This provides us with a formidable works-related problem-solving agility and with a considerable speed in the execution of thereof.
2011
In 2011, the former Testa, now Merlin, hired us for the ECOP of the premises it owns in Plaza de los Cubos in Madrid and the surroundings of Calle Princesa. It was our first experience with street premises - which were later followed by the emblematic Torre Madrid premises -, and which represent a completely different methodology employed in the ECOPs for Shopping Centers.
We have had a great success that has allowed us to develop our own technology, which was a fundamental pillar when Salsa Patrimonio presented us with the challenge of dealing with the project of their premises in the old town of Málaga and in Velázquez street in Madrid. Especially in Málaga, where we are talking about a three-thousand-year history of soil and properties subject to maximum protection, built in areas of high archaeological relevance. We managed to overcome the difficulties and as of today, we are still there.
