We offer a comprehensive service that includes the following tasks:

Technical support to the Works Management based on the activities of the main operators. Study of the minimum needs per premises, whether large chain stores, franchises or local operators.
Technical support to the Center´s Marketing Team in the negotiations with large operators. Assistance to define the location and/or facilities for cost optimisation, guidance and information to the marketing team on technical data and general conditions of the Center
Surface redistribution based on the agreements with large operators.
Execution and verification of the descriptive plans of each facility with the aim of reaching maximum precision.
Elaboration of the documentation related with Licenses and Authorizations, coordinated with local authorities for complete processing by tenants.
Elaboration and/or review of the Technical Terms and Conditions attached to the lease agreement of each premises.

Elaboration of the documentation regarding Licenses and Authorizations coordinated with the local authorities for its complete processing.
Preliminary contacts with the tenants for guidance and information on the technical data and general conditions of the shopping Center in colaboration with the marketing team.
Verification of the conditions for the execution of the general building Works in everything related with the condition
of delivery of the premises for the commencement of the Exclusive Building Works.
Execution of the descriptive plans and verification of the surfaces of each premises for maximun precision.
Assistance with and drafting of the Certificate of Delivery and Receipt for the commencement of the Exclusive Building Works in each premises.
Technical support to the drafters of the Exclusive Building Works Projects for their elaboration based on the condition of the General Building Works as well as guidance on Licenses and Agreements for the supply of energy, telephony and other fluids.

The services we offer include the following activities:

Technical and decorative audits.
On-site verification of the general state and the facilities of each premises of the Comercial Center.
Technical support to the authors of Exclusive Building Works Projects for their elaboration based on the conditions of the Center as well as guidance on Licenses and the Agreements for the supply of energy, telephony and other fluids.
Review and approval of projects.
Works follow-up.
Elaboration of the complete dossier of each premises and tenant, meettings, comunications via telephone or computer-mediated communications and compilation of the As-built plans, certifications required to open the facilities to the public, reviews and lastly, provisional and/or final approval of each premises.
